Help to Prepare
Finding out that your best friend has an incurable illness or condition can be devastating. Suddenly your life is tipped upside down.

Often there is a lot of information given to you, and it can be hard to process this alone, and figure out what is next or best for your friend.

Knowing when to keep going with treatments, or when to stop. Not knowing when or how to make the decision on how to help them transition.

Learning how to make the most of the time you have got, and to cherish those last moments as you prepare mentally for the time ahead.

Pet Bereavement Support
Coffee & Chat
My informal approach to counselling will put you at ease in no time.
Having lost your companion, your soul mate, Grief takes hold, and it hits us all at different times and in different ways too.
Sometimes it's Floods of emotion, or despair and anxiety can set in, and Sometimes it's just hard to get on with the everyday routine, you may feel lost and just not yourself.
With Compassionate care coaching, I can help you find your way, and start to enjoy life again.

Often companion animals feel the loss greatly too, and although typical "Talk Therapy" won't work on them, they will often gain benefit from the energy exchange felt during the sessions.

Compassion Fatigue Coaching
Burnout is real, compassion fatigue can sneak up on you!
We all know that working or volunteering with animals can be both physically challenging and emotionally draining, especially for rescue workers, and foster carers who are looking after animals often in their own homes, often 24/7 too.

Working with vulnerable animals, Seniors, or neonates, most with severe behavioural or health conditions.

Who looks after you, whilst you are looking after them? I can! Having 20 Plus years working in the field of rescue, I have bottle fed babies, helped recovery and rehab post surgery, and helped some through hospice care. I have also and been on the edge of burnout multiple times, and wish I had additional support during those times myself.

I offer 1-2-1 Coaching for individuals, but also group sessions with other animal carers too, never underestimate the value of just being heard, and peer support, along with guidance to help boost your confidence and general wellbeing.

Let me look after you, so you can continue to look after them...
